Manny’s military education includes the Engineer Basic Officer Leadership Course, Engineer Captains Career Course, Intermediate Qualification Course, Intermediate Level Education, Capabilities Development Course, Army Acquisition Professional Course, Officer Candidate School, Air Assault Course, Company Commander and First Sergeant Course, Anti-Terrorism Officer Level I, Battlefield Forensics Course, Unit Movement Officer Course, and the Army Basic Combat Training. He has completed the Practitioner-level certification requirements for Program Management and is actively working toward Advanced-level Program Management certification.

Throughout his career, Manny has served in a broad range of tactical, operational, and acquisition assignments. His operational experience includes service as an Engineer Platoon Leader, Intelligence Officer, and Construction Engineer with the 21st Engineer Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division. He later served as Assistant Brigade Engineer with the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division; Assistant Operations Officer and Company Commander with the 3rd Engineer Battalion, 3ABCT, 1CD. Transitioning to the acquisition community, he served as Assistant Product Manager for the Integrated Battle Command System Hardware Product Office within the Integrated Fires Mission Command Project Management Office, Program Executive Office Missiles and Space. He also served as Assistant Product Manager for Maneuver Short Range Air Defense Increment 1 within the M-SHORAD Product Office, SHIELD Project Management Office, PEO Missiles and Space.

Manny resides in Raeford, North Carolina, and is married to Ms. Nancy Agamiri of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. They have three daughters: Amelia, Riley, and Zoe. In his personal time, he enjoys playing sports, outdoor activities, and traveling with his family.
